Wine and Cheese

...and pork belly? Yes. When I throw a wine and cheese party, you know I'll also be serving a pork product of some sort. On a recent, impromptu visit to Albany I held a small gathering of friends to enjoy wine and tasty food to celebrate my upcoming birthday.
